Students did very well on their first day! We are still getting used to routines and new procedures. Since there is a lot of hand sanitizing and washing of hands throughout the day you may wish to send a small lotion to keep in your child's backpack.
We listened to a story about how Chester the Racoon reminds himself about how much his family loves him using a "kissing hand." Students created their own helping hand that will be used throughout the year.
Also, school provided masks went home today and will be in your child's lunch kit. Please remember to keep an extra mask in your child's backpack.
